This policy explains what personal data Mera (“we”) collects through this website, mera-hr.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only, not the Mera HR software itself, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

• Demo requests. When you use the “Book a demo” form, your email app opens a message to us containing your name, company, work email and company size. We receive only what you choose to send, plus anything else you add to the email.
• Emails you send us at hello@mera-hr.com, including your address and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about Mera.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load content from third-party servers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required before setting any non-essential cookies.

Who processes your data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Emails you send us are delivered and stored by our email service providers. These providers process data on our behalf, only to run these services.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and related emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law and the laws of GCC countries give you rights over your personal data. You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw from further contact at any time. Email hello@mera-hr.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
